the fix to this is said by the developer:
"The blur is done via console commands, and the game changes those values and then keeps changing them back and forth when the title credits appear. When you exit the hibernation shower, then you are free to save to avoid the blur. My recommendation, don't save while you are in the opening screens.
Should you get this bug later on, restart the game and the save file should be unaffected."
