Game text in korean, local file states korean verson.

Title. Game text is in korean, file states korean version, im in the states. No clue how this occured. cant change game language, makes it unplayable.

thought it was just me. found my way to the languange selection but korean was the only option

yup same here i had to use the translate feature on my phone just to navigate the menu :(

The same has happened to me and I can't even change the language when I stumbled upon it in the settings menu (which I found by accident). This free weekend is making me glad I didn't buy this game. Because if it's this buggy, I'm not wasting money on it. I can't even submit a bug report.

Great idea, make a free weekend and only language to select is Korean. Only issue is I don't read Korean.

Hello people,

Currently looking into this issue, we can't be sure who is responsible for this Free Weekend copy being Korean only. I can assure you any official copy of Hover works just fine, I will update you if a fix is posted.

Okay! A Fix has been found!

Navigate yourself to Steamapps/Common/Hover/Hover_Data/StreamingAssets/Languages/

From there, remove every language except the language you would like to use. A fast way of doing this would be selecting and using the cut function for the language files you will need. Paste them in a temporary folder, and delete what remains. Move the needed files back, and start the game.

EXTRA: Another alternative you can try if you like, is within Hover's properties, select "Add Launch Option" and enter "-lang en" into the line and press OK. I haven't had anyone test this yet, but it might just work.
