Depth - Requesting DLC Refunds
Because we're doing some weird things (that not many other games are doing) like selling Steam Inventory event passes, we've run into a few situations where people would like a refund. In general, in-game DLC bought through Steam isn't refundable. But we've been working with the brilliant team at Valve to be more permissive in our case.

So as of today, you should be able to request a refund on any recent in-game DLC purchases for Depth directly (eg: if you double-buy an event pass, or mistakenly over-buy the community treasure, or any other DLC). There may be some teething issues with this new system - I think we're one of the first (if not THE first) non-Valve games to do this.

Bought Community Skin Pack twice & can't get a refund.
Hello, I've sent the refund ticket twice already, since in my last ticket Steam Support said that:
"We cannot grant a refund at this time. In-game item purchases are not refundable if any items in the purchase have been consumed, modified, or transferred."
Despite of that, I have to say that didn't consume, modify or transferred any of the items that I got, I haven't played a single game with them, didn't trade anything to anyone & didn't do anything with them at all, expect the fact that I previewed them in the game after I found out that I bought the same pack twice. I don't understand why do they refuse the refund? How could I do something with the items that I can't trade/use in craft/sell?
Help me please :\
