how do i confirm so we can get this sorted mind you i dont expect like an overnight fix i understand it will be a while before you get all the bugs but i can tell you step by step what i did to get the window if that would better explain the situation better then just saying battle kitten...

A step by step also usually helps :) Please let us know the steps.

okay here we go...

1. open the face rig press next botton because i dont know how to stop the tut form comming up

2. click on choose avatar

3. select machy any version except the sampurrri

4. click on avatar customization choose Prop. Adv at the bottom there is a button named add prop
5. select your prop (viking helmet)

6. click attach item

7. the screen goes crazy ...i then realized i didnt choose where to put said helmet Ie head eye neck .... needless to say battle kitten is up and running YAY... so user problem not system
