Is the calibration properly done? While you are on the nextversion, do the regular avatars( like Fluffo) have the same problem with mouth tracking or only the live2D models?
If you can please switch back to the nextversion try again the live2D avatars, then provide us with the VP.log and dxdiag files like in this thread http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/app/274920/discussions/2/34096318703798146/ so we can investigate. Thank you for testing the nextversion branch and informing us about this bug, we will amend it.
It was quite a challenge, Live2D antialiasing features screws with pixel art unless you resize everything up to 2048 after you are done pixeling... And the result is not even that Pixelated, there is some missing aesthetics because of the antialiasing integrated on the modeler.
EDIT/UPDATE: YES IT WORKS! :D
