Just do them all (in the order mentioned) :)
You'll just be re-installing one, which isn't a big problem, although you might be ask to un-install one first before re-installing (if so, do that, if not asked, then leave it at that and only install them)

Umm.... I can't find the folder for the downloads on my pc? I have Windows 7 last time I checked, and I can't find the files either...

My installation keeps failing .... steam downloads facerig but created files that are not working... and steam cant delete them nor i can delete them ! Windows tells me i need admin rights to delete the *.cap files of facerig .. but when i use admin rights it still gives me the error.

deleting wont work
downloading again wont work.... im kind of stuck

2. That sounds more like an anti-virus blocking something, what anti-virus are you using?

Hey, I had FaceRig installed before.... I removed it to clean up some space, but today i decided to install it again. The drivers won't install (i don't get anything to install those + it doesn't install automaticlly) I tried to re-install Facerig but still the same problem, now I can't use the face rig virtual camera on OBS or Skype....

Bit late to the party but for future reference the files/apps needed are now located here.
Steam Install Directory\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin\prerequisites

Facerig really should install everything it needs in one go, and also uninstall it all when the time comes too.

The order in which the Xiph codec pack and webm codecs are manually installed matters on some configurations (normally Install Xiph first, then webm). If you install them in the wrong order webm video export may not function correctly ( you need to simply uninstall them and change the re-install order).

Also for the drivers, please pick the version that is appropriate for your os version : _win7 for Windows7, or _win8 for Windows 8, 8.1 or 10

is where the needed installers should be.

Quickest way to find them is go to your Library in Steam, locate Facerig, right click it and under 'manage' click on 'browse local files'.

This should open Windows file explorer in the Facerig directory, then open the 'Bin' folder.
'prerequisites' should be in there.

in it should be 4 folders and 2 files.

otherwise use the search function in Windows explorer to search for one or all of them.

If that doesn't work or files and folders are missing from your computer, I'd suggest a couple of things.

Uninstall and reinstall Facerig.
Use Steam to 'verify files'
Make a new thread here on the forums or contact Holotech directly for support.

Despite what Holotech says, Facerig has never installed these or my Pro license automatically when I install it.
And I've had facerig since Windows 8 and I'm now on WIndows 10.
I've had to install them 'manually' every time.
