Hello. Uninstall the Visual C++ versions that you have, then go to Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist and install all of the files that you find there, for both x64 and x86. If you don't have the 2019 update there, go to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/releases/2019/release-notes (download it and install it for both x64 and x86 too).
