FaceRig won't launch. When I try, steam says the app is running, and within five seconds returns to saying "Ready to Launch". Please help!

Hi. I purchased FaceRig for the first time the other day and just tried to use it yesterday. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but that doesn't help. I have also tried to verify the integrity of the cache through steam which also does nothing to help. Because the program never actually started, I do not have a VP.log file, but I will post links to the pastebin pages for my install script and dxdiag files below. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Seems like Steam can't start the installation because it can't open the installation-script.
Please do the following:

Restart your PC (specifically use the "restart" option and not the "shut down" and start it back up method)
Open your anti-virus and exclude the following folders from active / passive scans:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading
Rightclick the Steam icon and select "run as administrator" (If steam is already launched, go to the top menu and select "quit" first)
Rightclick facerig in the list, properties, local files, verify file integrity cache
Wait for the check and possible download to finish and try to launch FaceRig again.
If it then still doesn't work, disconnect from the internet, completely disable your anti-virus (disable, not un-install) and try starting FaceRig again.
