import wizard
when i try to import a data folder for a model i get the error "Can't read script output file ( PreProcessOut.txt )"
i tried running it as admin but dint work. I tried yexample and avatarchiby models. Also when try to open documentation button i get error "Running Documentation\ImporterV2_FacerigModelAndTextureDocumentation_02.pdf
Exception in NewProcess->Start(Documentation\ImporterV2_FacerigModelAndTextureDocumentation_02.pdf) : The system cannot find the file specified"

Hello, the antivirus software might have deleted the "Phidias_cli" file, integral for the importer to run. Go to Steam > Library > Software > FaceRig > right click then Properties > Local Files and click on Verify Integrity of Application files.

Add the FaceRig folder as an exception to your antivirus software and let Steam download the missing files.

You'll find the documentation by navigating to this path: <SteamInstallDir>Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin\Tools\ImportWizardNew.

I have verify integrity and it was okay. "Phidias_cli" I found it was not deleted. Again I get the same error.

Send us (at info[at]facerig[dot]com) the ModelEditor file (found in Bin\Tools\ImportWizardNew\Phidias) and the ImportWizardLog found in Bin\Tools\ImportWizardNew. Make sure you run the Importer with Admin Rights.

Edit: Issue resolved over the e-mail correspondence.
