Hello, at this moment we're concentrating our efforts on the SDK which we're developing, and which is taking up our engineering bandwidth. Thank you for this suggestion; we'll keep it in mind.

This is a nice suggestion, VRM is going to become a standard format for virtual avatars format, at least in Japan. :)

As I just started using VRoid to create my own characters I'd love it if .VRM was supported some time in the future! I was Googling to see how to import one when I found this thread, actually haha. For now there doesn't seem to be a tutorial I can understand on how to do it by importing into Blender even so I'm not sure lol

I'd like to toss my support behind adding VRM support. It's pretty common in the VR world to use VRM avatars, and for those of us that want to have the consistency of using the same avatar for all of our content this would make face rig a viable tool.

This needs to happen as even here in America, VRM is the standard too. Rumors are that the makers of Facerig are making another face recognition program that is being rebuild from the ground up so that might be their plan, to add that kind of support to their new program but it would be nice to know so we can prepare.
