Hello, there isn't any native option to minimize FaceRig to tray; however, there's a program called Actual Windows Minimizer and it lets you minimize any program to tray. It adds another option near the program's window minimize, maximize or close buttons and when you click it, it sends it to Windows' tray. Note that the program has a 14 free day trial, after which you have to purchase it.

Right now our engineering bandwidth is all taken up by other projects. We'll keep this suggestion in mind, however.
