But I'm glad there's an option to turn them off. :)
Thus we have decided to have a tips system that will teach folks about stuff that is not obvious. In doing so, in our fervor, we have made sure the system gives you many many many tips. But by doing that we have created a brand new "problem that is totally tweak-able
from the settings" :D
I'm sure there's a life lesson in there somewhere :)
At any rate, we'll probably modify the tips system so that it stops after a number of tips, on each FaceRig session ( one two or maybe three) . Otherwise everyone will just turn it off forever :)
I realise some may need to be given tips, as long as they are actually tips. But a lot of the tips at the moment are a bit nonsensical...I'm hoping this is just placeholders? It's cute and all, as long as you are under 10 perhaps :) I don't really need to know the marine has killer eyes :) I do need to know that the sensitivity can be adjusted at the cost of accuracy though.
Perhaps you could have a thread dedicated to peoples opinions on what the tips should hold?
Most of the Tips I have recieved aren't facts on how to use the program, they are random facts about some of the avatars. Worst of all, there literally is NO option in the current version to disable these tips. I been through every page and you have removed it. It's like you want to stop people using your software for its intended purpose, why?!
Just add an option to the menu and if people have problems, help them solve them or make an FAQ that people can refer to.
