Facerig
I actually paid for this program a few years back, but as of 2021, the program has suddenly stopped working on 2 separate pc, despite numerous reinstalls. It freezes right after hitting start. Can anyone help?

Hello! Go to Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig and get the VP.log from there. Get the dxdiag as well (press Windows + R, type in dxdiag, click OK then on Save All Information). Send me both these logs by mail to info[@]facerig[.]com so that I can investigate why is it that FaceRig is freezing.

Mention this Steam thread in your mail so I'll know to whom the files belong.

Yes! I have investigated the logs and the reason for that freeze is EpocCam. Disable it or uninstall it and FaceRig should launch without problems!

Originally I said that I've been having the problem on 2 pcs in a 2 pc streaming setup. Your solution fixed the problem on the gaming pc, but the streaming pc says "camera not available" and freezes. Can I send you the same files from this pc too?

Nope, I spoke too soon again. Facerig freezes at the "creating model" screen. Help again?

UPDATE: So it appears the EOS utility software interferes with Facerig. Upon removal, everything works now!
