Fiverr modelizator don't all work for facerig, i do not see facerig 3D pro on fiverr. Maybe 1 & 2 guys but with low model quality.
and also don't all included modelization & texturing on there pricing

NO its not enough.. of course, i dont sell product at $1100 if it can be done for $10.....
Facerig model are very specific and need Animation & setup

90% of the work difficulty is the animation & facerig setup
Not the modelization & rigging

at them prices i wont be using you so ill have to use fiverr.com so what are these requirements that you speak of that no one on fiverr.com will be able to help me with?
