Issue importing model

When I try to import my model, I get the error message below. How can I fix this?

Error message: "Assert fail:
nIndex >= 0 && nIndex < m_nSize
Reason: size=237 maxSize=245 index=251

Hello, send us the ImportWizardLog (which you can find in Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin\Tools\ImportWizardNew), and the ModelEditor log (which you can find in (Steam\steamapps\common\FaceRig\Bin\Tools\ImportWizardNew\Phidias), to us at info[at]facerig[dot]com so we can properly investigate this problem that you have encountered.

You could also attach the model in the e-mail, and we'll try to import it ourselves too.

Do not forget to mention this thread in your e-mail so we know to whom the logs / files belong.
