For Evil mode make sure you have Cleanse and the dodge stats on all so they have a 50% to not die by the item that make the monster blow up that item is the road blocker. The middle slots are also safe if there is someone in the front and behind. Heart with the scythe is also really good if she die the scythe clove will revive the team if it's fast enough. You don't need to farm spirit from the fishing spot I soloed evil mode with Nyx with that only giving me like 58 spirit point and I skipped the 2 arenas. Also when you get the ice mini game level you will prob get a good buff from those skill point.
Thank you.
First, play on passive. While it doesn't help get the 1Dc ice, it does help get upgrades.
Start the level by going to the deepest level of ice, level 25.
From Blinky's starting position, use the electric balls to wipe out everything in range.
Move Blinky further to the right, and clear out more of the ice, but make sure to leave the right most 20 or so blocks. Since the electric balls bounce, this means you will want to move to the right, and shoot left.
Here's where luck comes in.
You'll want to look for any spots where the arrow blocks dug into the remaining column of ice.
if there are one or more of these little cracks, move Blinky into them, and start using the ice upgrade item. You want to do this in the cracks to maximize its effectiveness.
Use several of them until the ice in the crack is in the 70s or 80s for bonus. If you still have upgrade shots available, find a new crack and do the same thing. Keep it up until you're out.
Once you're out of upgrades, obliterate the rest of the ice with anything you see fit.
Switch to Nyx, activate the magnet, and collect everything. If the magnet runs out, quickly activate another one.
That's how I did it, and on my first success I blew right past 1Dc and collected something like 100aa ice.
Thanks, well i managed somehow to get it on level 21 actually, barely and one time though, but that's enough for me.
I can understand others liking this game, but personally i hoped for more on the mini games (more in amount and more fun) hope to be done soon achievement wise.
The grey slimes were a big issue, but now i can reach the end boss however they hit me even harder, even the first dragon can almost wipe me out completely, let alone 6 rounds.
Even with that setup, the endbosses, the first dragon is doing an big attack that kills everyone but tankston, and it does not let me heal or revive. they are bulldozing me.
In the other modes they were easy.
Oh wait, i was just going on how i got all items minus the boots of swiftness, when i was going to say i don't have a scythe or shovel just to realize you have to scroll down further to see them.
I beat evil mode now.
I loathed the fishing games and probably wouldn't have finished the game if not for being able to automate most of the mini-games in general. The others were fun enough but that only lasts so long before it becomes tedious considering how many times you are required to do them. The idea is interesting, but they definitely need to be more fleshed out if they're going to be a core part of the game. Automation is only a band-aid, but I'm glad it was there. By the time I was nearing the end of the achievements, I was really kinda over it and really had to drag to finish the ones that aren't able to be done automatically. I did finally make it though. 200~ hours on record, but a fair amount of those were the game idle in the background.
