please oh please have it fixed soon!
tl;dr: Great game, if you can play it; ♥♥♥♥♥ support.
Part of that is due to M$ certification. Patches for the game go to xbone first (if both builds share the same issue at least) and that can take weeks. For pc exclusive issues...I got nothin'. I doubt they even care anymore. They need to fix what they broke i.e. gamepad vibration and fix the damn stutter when running around. Its really immersion breaking.
At the very least their responses were unclear & inconsistent when compared to each other. So I was left more unsure as to the real reason for their sluggish maintenance.
One can expect schedules to slip; that's a standing joke in software 'engineering'. However there's no excuse for the lack of open communication telling us what the problems are. Potential customers who've had support issues with them over Ori will be less likely to buy from them again.
I'll follow the studio as their work is impressive in most respects, but I won't buy any of it until a few months after release & only then if the game forum doesn't look like Ori's: a long stream of bug reports that repeat endlessly with little sign of ongoing work to fix them.
The first patch fixed some controller issues & introduced others. I'd like that fixed. The regressions should be a priority, I agree.
Very disappointing.
I send them two tweet and an e-mail, and they haven't answer me, what a BAD support, really... i regreat to have paid it even 5€.
Never buy anything published by microsoft. 'Nuff said.
