Did you think Rebuild owns the trademark for all zombie games or something?

Having the same ideas doesn't mean it's plagiarism. Besides, IFZ seems to make itself different enough from R3, so just leave them be and play what you want.

I' started watching some footage of it. So far my impression is that, while it may have been inspired by the rebuild series, it's FAR, FAR from just a ripoff reskin. They went to the trouble of figuring how to import real world maps into the game, it's not on a grid, and it has people actually walking from place to place. Unless there's something highly specific you've seen to constitute copyright infrinhgement, there's nothing to sue over.

Trifle difficult to do given the only similarities are the involvement of zombies, and the fact that the one lady who made the games died years ago, hence the lack of a Rebuild 4.

1. She's not dead

2. They didn't make a rebuild 4, because she has other games she wanted to work on, this isn't her only game series and they are too small a company to work on multiples at the same time
