Game breaking bug: Joe and the payphone during escape
So, I used the dime on the phone and it got stuck. No way to pull it out it seems. I read on a guide online that if that happens, i have to use my wedding ring on the control panel. BUT I GAVE MY WEDDING RING TO CHIQUITA. So, I'm stuck at the payphone screen with nowhere to go. Why did the developers make it possible to give your wedding ring to Chiquita? You don't get anything in return and it messes up the game later without warning you or anything. Fail...
Am I missing something or am I really stuck?

Rather than using the coin on the payphone, look at the payphone and then use the coin on the box (in place of the wedding ring)

i didnt use the ring at all in any situation and finished the game, i used the coin at the phone and then went back in the cave to swim

I got stuck in similar way than OP described. Any solutions for this?

It's really sad that they leave such a game destroying bug in. Autosave of course overwrote the current progress and the other save is 6 hours back. Yippee.

You need thing made from metal.So it is not a bug,just use the coin instead of ring

If you read carefully the OP, you can see that if you use the coin with the coin slot, you can't retrieve it. So you can't use it on the control panel. That's the problem.
