Well, same problem here MONTHS later. Mouse cursor, but cannot click on dialog options. Dev only offers support through their own forums? Not gonna happen.

I'm having this problem as well. Cannot click on any menu options, and have to bring task manager up to quit.

And the company tech support page is in German with no obvious fixes.

Okay, I am lining up but can't click on any dialogue option... but if the original support is in German, I can easily check it out. (native german here)

Same issue - on Mac OSX and it gets unclickable whether i alt-tab or no. sometimes it's on the save screen, sometimes it's dialogue options, but within the first 10 min this happens consistantly

I can click on dialogue options, people, and objects. However, I can no longer open the inventory to the left of the screen. I can't progress in the game without that menu and the items. F5 allows me to save my game, change settings, and exit to reload the game.

same problem for me. starts in the first room (the cell)... managed to exit but cannot click on conversation options or do anything else
