New to Point Click, and stuck in 5 minutes.

Hey guys, im aware its prolly something really simple but , Im now outside the cell, in lineup, and the conversation options with Hank are started, and each one i hover over turns yellow, but no clicking, buttons seem to follow through with the speech options.

Basicly im stuck staring at the 3 choices, and /End Conversation/ option, and none of them work.

Left, right, middle mouse buttons do nothing, 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. How the hell do i continue the conversation?

Game looks really neat, but stuck in 2 minutes. Sigh :(

Same problem. Can't accept any of the conversation possibilities.

Same thing happened to me,couldn't even exit the game no keys seemed to work.Had to ctrl alt del to get to task manager to leave the game.When I restarted I saved the game before leaving the cell, clicked on all other characters then clicked on Hank & everything worked fine.

Don't know if this will help you but it worked for me.

Thanks Ebenezer...I had the same problem as everyone else and had to call up the task manager to get out. I'll try Saving before leaving the cell...fingers crossed ..

Well, it's been almost a year since this thread was started - and I have the same problem.
So, no help on this from the developers then? It's been 11 months.
With a response time like this, we're lucky they're not running an ambulance service.

Hello Guys! I belive I figured the out the solution. This worked for me using a Macbook Pro. Go into the track pad settings and enable "tap to click". I did this and am now able to chose the conversations.

Yep, still happening. Unable to select dialog options, they are yellow if I hover over them with pointer. I opened up my task manager after a bit and it showed the game as alcatraz.exe (Not Responding). I have restarted the game 3 times now an it is the same issue at the same spot right outside of the jail cell when talking to Hank. I click around and interact with the environment just fine until that point.

System: Intel Core i5-4690k CPU @ 3050GHz 4 Cores
Memory: 8.00GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4.00GB
OS: Windows 10

I have the same problem. Am using a mouse and keyboard on a PC.

im having the same issuse i think it becuse the computers we have are too slow. but it a point and click so why shouldn't run on our computers. i notice that a lot of game in the amggedon bundle don't work properly.
