If you have technical issues with the game

Please note that we cannot offer official technical support on this board, except for posting the latest patch notes.

But your games and my computer don’t work as a team! Where can I get help?

We do offer technical support. Just not in forums. Please contact our colleagues from the support via mail using {LINK ELIMINAT}. However, feel free and use this forum (or our {LINK ELIMINAT}) to address your technical problem. We are certain that many players of our games are able to help you out with certain problems.

What can I do to speed up the support process?

Achievements are broken. Please fix it.

Achievements still don't unlock. Also, there are times when you're unable to click on anything in the game or the character just walks without moving forward (happened to me when Christine was supposed to get inside the apartment on 1310 Grant). Besides that the game is great. Thank you! ^^

I found a way for achievements from forums.
1. Go to installation folder and choose "Alcatraz.exe".
2. Right click -> properties -> compatibility
3. change compatibility mode to "Windows 7" and click compatibility checkbox.
4. choose "Run as administrator".
if you start the game with this settings achievements will popup.
if it doesn't work try to disable steam in game overlay.

Same here. I got it to work just in the beginning but there was some issues with a black screen... Now the "game" locks up my computer and i cant turn it of even with Ctl+alt+delete. I have to log out from my computer.

Plz devs, fix this game that it works on win 10, all your other games do... just not this one...
