So, it's been a while since I have played this game, mostly because I was worried I got stuck. And not stuck as in, "I don't know what to do now...." but stuck as in, "The game is broken!" I probably am justa bit thick and don't know what to do next, so I am asking you guys, spoiler free, can you get permantly stuck in this game?

I am in isolation as Joe at the moment, and that's all I remember.
