Hey Deckers,
use Vulcan instead of dx11 even though it is not full supported yet. Got me boosted fps from 30 to 45 and prevented micro stuttering. (I use Proton Experimental)

For this, go to desktop mode, start 7d2d using the game launcher. Change DX11 to Vulcan and save your settings by save/start.

After that, change to gaming mode again and start your game as usual.
