No, the OP is talking about the old screamer model, the one that looked human. Not the thing we have now. I much prefer the old one also. There are mods that use the old model. I don't know if it is still in the game files, or if those mods use old assets.

There already are mods that bring back the old screamer, though I don't know if there are any stand-alone ones. enZombies - More Zombie Variations added a bazillion zombies including the old screamer. You can probably hack it up to keep just the one extra zombie.

It will clash with the current aesthetic, though, having old low-quality models next to the newer higher-quality ones. But if that's what you're into, go for it.
