so yeah when dxtory is running and you go into the scene editor the game itself freezes up

without dxtory running the scene editor works

(this is for anyone that does not know what dxtory is it is a program that one can set up to frame limit any game quite useful for games that have no built in frame limiting though it also apparently can record video to but i use the free part to frame limit as it works for just about every game)
