STEAMVR Quest2 can't see anything, all blurry.

i was trying to play hitman 3 today and steamvr became blurry. now, every time i open steamvr, it becomes blurry and i can't see anything. Why is that? i reinstalled it, updated my drivers and verified game cache. its only blurry inside my headset. it reminds me of looking at the inside of my eyelid and seeing the lights.

Sorry for my english, any help would be appreciated. Everything has been working fine for 2+ years, but since this bug, i cannot use steamvr anymore.

you need to have the meta quest link app install on your computer and running at the same time, at least that's what solved my blurriness issue

it is installed. SteamVR was working fine until 2 days ago. it randomly became a blocky blurry mess.

Oh ♥♥♥♥ that was worse than mine, what i eventually found was this video https://youtu.be/G2WaDoIBOtk?si=M-9iGs5sLMuKJnOQ starting at the 3 minute mark, also the meta link app had an update today so that might have been something that helped
