Love the game but when I play Standard there's never enough time in the day and playing Relaxed feels way too easy. I like balancing the cost of maintaining the building and the more difficult disassembly but I enjoy taking apart the houses bit by bit. Relaxed give me all the time in the day that I'd like but I hate the simplified disassembly and the lack of penalties. Also give an option to skip the tutorial.
