But Why? I use the large box truck for everything. Less trips. You might be saving gas using a smaller vehicle but on virtually ALL of my demos, the big truck is packed with items, trash, or both.

There are some jobs where you're not demolishing a house, just perhaps tearing down a few walls. There's nothing to take or gain from it requiring a large truck. On some of these jobs, there might be some junk furniture you can have, but I don't want it. Take that junker sofa outside and demolish it to nothing to be rid of it. That easy. Why spend the gas on a large truck just to do a minimal job?

Why do only one job at the same time? You can take big truck and go from one contract to another and fill the truck, after that go to the warehouse. It is saving gas.
