Are Tier IV and V Jobs Finite?
After finally working my way up to tier IV and then tier V jobs, I did a few of each, and then I don't seem to get any more? It seems like there's only a handful of either, and then you're back to doing tier III or lower for miserable amounts of pay.
引用自 modernevil:
Unless they've added more since v1.0.6, there are exactly 9 Tier V contracts, 8 Tier IV contracts, 11 Tier III contracts, 6 Tier II contracts, and 7 Tier I contracts.

iirc completed contracts have a 7-day cooldown before they get added back into the pool and contracts you've never completed will be more likely to appear than repeats. After you've done every contract at least once, you should have 1-2 [Tier 1-3 contracts] and 1-2 [Tier 4-5 contracts] each day.

Pay for the jobs is pretty random, but the higher-tier jobs are technically worth more because they have more Premium furniture to resell. If you only demolish everything, income is going to feel pretty low--and if you take a bunch of common stuff back to your warehouse (wall panels, wood, and bricks are all common) then your 2-3 valid orders each say won't pay very well, either.

There is a contract cooldown period so that the same jobs don't potentially repeat every day. I think someone said two weeks.

What the game doesn't tell you is that, you're expected to have an expanded warehouse, upgraded tools, and a better vehicle. As tier 4 & 5 deals with multi story houses. Which allows more resource acculmation. As compared to Tiers 1 through 3 that are just single floor, one bed, one bath houses.

I have all upgrades minus the last garage upgrade. Maybe I just need to keep advancing to further days like pseudoswede suggests

Thank you for this. Very helpful :)
