A quality of life feature, or QOL, should be the following:

1: Call On Site Recycling to take the bags away. Saves having to fill up your vehicle with all recycling. Especially early game players, where only about 12 recycling can fit in the starter van.

2: On Site Resource Transportation back to the warehouse. Transporting resources becomes a tedious and time wasting issue if you're just taking the entire house back to the warehouse. This results in having to do multiple two-way trips.
> I think it would be a better option to have employees use our garage vehicles to transport the resources we tell them. We could even tell them where to put the items so it doesn't affect any planning we may have already done.
