As a general rule if you destroy all floors and roofs, you can complete a contract by destroying only half the walls.

I clean as I go, so I smash a few walls, clean up and organise bags ready to be transported, smash more etc etc... Works well for me and prevents having far to much debris around and maintains my sanity
