There should be a stickied topic for this game "whenever you face any bug toggle between the graphic settings to fix it".
Chapter 3 - Before first shielded mech fight when you have to climb the ladder on Med/ High settings Trip just falls through the map, on Low it did not happen.
After first shielded mech fight when you drop the ladder Trip clips into it on Med/ High settings, on Low it did not happen.
Final fight with demo mech Low settings doesn't trigger the mech breaking through the wall animation, I was hitting it through the wall, when it prompted me to taunt it I changed the settings to High and voila glitch fixed.

The game is so much fun but you really need patience ..
