I don't really know what the heck I'm doing wrong, I've tried almost everything, from deleting documents, files, profiles, the works, I have yet to locate anything related to the exact code I'm getting, wondering if anyone could shed some light to their local blind guy?

The last thing I did was play DoTD Mod and it crashed half way through a mission and now all it says when I boot up the game is the following;
