Can't start game due to access denied error
Every time I try to start the game I get this error.
Things I've tried:
1. Reinstalling the game
2. Installing DirectX
3. Removing any non-working graphics cards
4. Running as Administrator
5. Verifying files

Step 2 to 4? Compatability win 7 cause running win 10?

Tried that, and every other applicable fix from that link. Didn't work.

Yeah, except for windows 98, and 95. Nothing's worked.

Tried it in windows 98 mode as well, that just gives a white screen.

Are there any requirements for the game besides directx 9c? visual c runtimes, or some .net thing? this windows install is fairly new.

In relation to that stuff yes... you should have DirectX 9, all VC++ installed and any/all .NET as well.
