Steam Deck compatibility
Is there any chance that this software (EZ-Crosshair) would work on the Steam Deck console if a mouse and keyboard are connected to it?

The app is designed for Windows PCs and relies on Windows APIs for overlays and input handling. While it’s not officially supported on the Steam Deck, if you connect a mouse and keyboard and run the app via Proton, it *might* work, but I can’t guarantee full compatibility or performance.

You are welcome to try it out on the Steam Deck, and if it doesn’t work as expected, you can request a refund.

If you try it out, I’d love to hear about your experience and any issues you encounter.

It’s a shame it didn’t work on the Steam Deck, but I really appreciate you taking the time to test it out!

I'm an old-school gamer — I started back when Discord didn’t even exist :]

Why dont you use crosshair-y on the steamdeck. Its open source and for free.

You can find it on github: https://github.com/YSSF8/crosshair-y

I run it on bazzite and it works without a hitch
