Apologies for the delayed response here.
Once you have activated a key for a game, it cannot be unlinked as it is bound to that account. So while it would not be possible to have it linked or moved to another account, it is possible to have the account recovered so you can access it again and play Valley (and any other Trackmania game you may have) ^^
For that, it would be advisable to submit a case[www.ubisoft.com] on our help portal, since we would not be able to assist with account related queries here on Steam. To speed up the process, we would suggest adding the following information which can help with the recovery:
- A digital image of the CD key for the game
- The email address they use to access the game
- The username
That can help the team to try and find your account.
