Gatherers can correct berries and honey in winter but not other crops since they are affected by the cold. However when looking at Orchards and Apiaries, it have same description the same as other farms which is affected by the cold in winter.

Have anyone got Orchards and Apiaries can you please tell me whether both of them work during winter or not.

PS. I have not found any barley or Olives on my map at all, so I don't know whether they are affected by cold or not, but farm description also said they are affected by cold.
