1. watchtowers have a 3 tile radius. but to find that out, you have to click watchmen, then watchtower in the tooltips. this info should be on the watchman tooltip.

2. however, watchtowers DO NOT always have a 3 tile radius. mountains stop them. water does too, by some strange rule i can't figure out.

3. so to avoid confusion, when a watchman is selected, it should have a blue radius around it like the city to help correct placement.
