I wander is it just my misconception, or some else has noticed too. It seems AI doesn't develop at all, doesn't get new clans, doesn't build new structures, doesn't migrate. It only rarely does some diplomacy (which I'm incapable of doing? Why?) and raids you with existing units. So every AI loss is permanent for them.

Am I right?

If it's true, it kind of defeats the purpose of the game. It means nothing stops you from becoming number 1 power on the map. It's only a question of time, patience and migrating to a distant land.
