Are maps random generated?
I've just saw some gameplays on youtube and i found out that other 2 people played the same map as me. Same map, same resource spots, etc. I'm wondering if the map are random or not

they're random.Only the first game you play is same for everyone but you can disable that in the .xml folder too.

Thx. Can you modofy also how the map will look like? For example if big, small or less or more water etc?

I doubt it. You'll have to wait for the developer to answer that for you.
