Or you can just download "The Ship Dedicated Server" from steam>tools
You also need to forward/unblock some ports on your router (I think 1200 and 27000-27030 UDP/TCP)
2) in console (like above or in dedi server) use:
- "bot_quota_mode fill" without quotes to make bots automatically fill remaining slots
- then use "bot_quota 12" for the minimum number of players you want there to be (the bots will leave as more join untill there is 12 players in this case)
- "ship_num_participants 6" makes bots fill out the role of hunter if there is less than 6 players.
3) You can have up to 32 slots for players/bots
Keep in mind, the in-game server browser doesn't work so you need to get your friends to look in steam client> view > servers to find your game, not the in-game server browser.
