Just get the fan patch version if your that desperate. It's not hard, we have literal one click patches and installers now. Also it makes up like 5% of the game, and only near the end of the routes. With some exceptions in Heaven's Feel. And those are more meant to be visually disgusting and disturb you, not meant for what you're thinking.

I can't seem to find the fan patch.

allknowingeel is referring to the old PC version of Fate/Stay Night which does have a very extensive fan patch

I don't even think it's being worked on. People assumed someone would do it for them, then it never materialized. This game has been out a while, yet radio silence on this. If modders were interested, it would've already been done (especially given this is a VN & not something more work-intensive).

I remember when Persona 3 Reload came out, and within a couple months, Kotone (female MC from Persona 3 Portable) was already inserted into the game. They then built on it for months, with a pretty full build, unique splash screens, voices, animations, outfits, etc. a year later. It was steady progress with constant improvements & updates.

But with this, it's been almost a year & not even a hint at an update.... just rumors of a mysterious "they" who are supposedly working on a patch. Until someone in the community spearheads some kind of initiative to get it done, I don't think there's any real work being done on an R18 patch.
