Problems with an achievement

Hi! A few months ago, I was without internet and I earned some achievements, but the achievement to unlock the weapons menu never triggered. I tried several ways, such as replaying the scene and re-watching the Dojo, but the achievement never triggered.
What should I do? Is there a way to completely erase my progress so I can get the achievement?

Well if you can't get it through the Tora Shinai (the sword from the Tiger Dojo), then maybe try to get it by unlocking it normally? At some early point in the story you do unlock it with the servant menu as well
