2nd - Few frames after you get it [slow motion time], do a "spin" with the kb in this order:
W A S D [just one time, no need two times, and a bit fast*]
*"Why a bit fast?" You ask. Because, if you do it, slow, the comnd will reconize it as a separate comand, so you have to do it this way. Example: as the same way you input a "Hadouken" in kb, in another words: "Use the 'Piano Input Style' to perform a "Spin Movement" in the kb. Hope it helped. Cheers! [^_^]
On gamepad, I still get about 50 percent though. It is just an insane QTE.
