I know this game is supposed to be locked at 30 FPS and will never be smooth because of that, but i'm talking 5-7 FPS at most here.

I've tried messing with the settings, looked for the solution online and the only thing that came close to a good FPS was lowering the resolution to minimum which distorts the whole picture, and even then it doesn't work well.

AMD Phenom II x6 1090T 3,2 GHz
8 GB RAM
AMD Radeon R7 260x

Can i do something about it? It's not fun playing like this. :/
