When the game runs for maybe 2 hours the rest of my PC slows down very much, the game runs fine tho. And when I close the game, my PC still runs slow. I can't see anything taking additional resources, and all my temps and whatnot are normal when idling.

It feels like a memory leak, but I haven't found anything actually telling me it's a RAM issue.
