Still crappy job making, stupid ai, many more and finally a decision.
I know it doesn't change anything, but it's necessary for my peace of mind ;)
As the saying goes, "a problem shared is a problem halved." And likewise, one should never silently accept everything just because one is afraid of the reactions.
With this understanding read further or better simply leave.
Also remember i don´t write in my native language and i am not using a translator for most of it. Just because i want to.

Two things that broke the camel's back for ME over MANY other things.
I play solo and i am not able to harvest carrots (also everything else with this harvester) because i only can drive the traktor but the ai is too stupid to do the proper fieldwork on a standard base map? Wasted time and money.
And now i got another job for carrots (wanted to try a total open field with no obstructions so the ai shouldn´t have a problem) but i am new to this game so i don´t have the machines, so i rented them. And what did i get? A trailer waaayyy to high to fit under the harvester output. Really, also can´t change it so again wasted everything.

I am so pissed about the behavior of developers because there are so many things they ignore year after year.
And also about all their fanboys with 200 mods supporting and (worse) defending them and helping sell the game. All problems covered with tons of mods.
I have nothing against mods at, all but It is like a garden full of wonderful flowers, when you than add more beautiful flowers to have more variants, that´s absolutly fine. But covering a garden full of crap with flowers, makes it look "better" but is still a garden of crap. And this game is not a wonderful flower garden, i leave it there ;)
And to be truthful i am also pissed about me, for taking too long to finally "understand".

It feels like if the developers are 15 year old and have no clue?! Or maybe, more likely, "just" ignorant, overconfident, greedy adults like in many other games?!
I should only tell you a final and sincere "thank you" to finally convince me not to buy any game by you ever again.
Welcome to all those other game series i have dropped after failed developments over and over.

quit your crying and get the MODs, Lizard woodchip silos etc, I play solo and love it but I use the mods that are available with some lizard items set on unrealistic so i can solo harvest all of it. my 7 year old PC handles it all very well.

It IS actually a multiplayer game first and solo game 2nd.....not sure where that idea got lost.

Nonsense. Have played every farm sim since 15 solo 100% of the time.

The franchise started as a complete single player experience, adding multiplayer abilities with fs2011 first. So the correct answer at best is that the game is a single player experience that also allows doing specific real-farm tasks that require multiple real-life players at the same time.

A garden full of flowers......i am tired to react to people that are obviously on drugs and not capable to solve irrelevant tiny problems on their own.

If you want to do carrot contracts that would require multiple persons in real life to be solved either find an additional player or a mod like follow me replacing the additional person.

And if you found incompatible mission equipment report it as a bug to giants cause that´s what it is. Ah no, sorry, a 5 lines bug report would be too tame, better make a rant in the steam forums.

What a ridiculous "farewell letter." If you'd just stopped playing, nobody would have noticed. But now everyone's making fun of you. Serves you right!
