Are people getting BAD SYNC when playing coop?

I tried playing with some friends today. And we kept going out of sync with each other where each of us would be in another position than we really were, completely removing any feel of coop.

I hope there's an easy fix...

UPDATE:
I fixed the problem and posted the guide for the fix under guides

i have the same problem
but is single player too fps +100 but SYNC problem make the game slow
the HD copies of the game works great

I'm with a friend have chosen in the connection settings 10Mbit + - xDSL / Fiber Optics... well, kind of helps a little. We no longer had a strong backlog
