I have this problem occasionally playing in SOLO mode and I have found that rapidly switching to another weapon and then back to your primary will cure the issue for you.

After this bug appearing yet again it seems that your method is not working.

I think it's related to me applying custom models with gloves, and entering a server that prohibiting them from use, So the default textures failing to load, Though is there an option to reload these textures without quitting the game? A command maybe?
